The PGDM, Industry-Integrated (Earn While You Learn) at ISBR Business School, Bengaluru is a four-semester postgraduate management program designed to create industry-ready professionals through practical learning and real-world exposure. The program builds strong business fundamentals in the first two semesters, followed by advanced core and elective courses, live projects, and industry-driven assignments in the final two semester.

Students can specialize in Finance & FinTech, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, or Data Science & Business Analytics, with the flexibility to choose electives aligned with their career goals. The curriculum is enriched through industry expert sessions, internships, corporate projects, and experiential learning, enabling students to earn while they learn.

Program - Structure:

In addition to the regular course credits, ISBR students undergo a number of other courses which are aimed at preparing the students for internship projects, management consulting and on-the-job preparedness.These courses are aimed at improving the skills, personal effectiveness and providing some global best practices. ISBR students are expected to clear a few third party certifications also, as needed. To keep pace with fast changing and evolving trends in business, ISBR students are expected to learn by conducting research in collaboration with the faculty and an industry guide. Students are expected to publish their findings in third party journals.
