The Badge Mounting Ceremony marked the highlight of the event. Symbolizing recognition and responsibility, this ceremony was officiated by Dr. Manish Kothari, President – ISBR Group of Institutions, Dr. R Narasimhan, Dean – ISBR Business School and our senior directors, who presented badges to ambassadors across multiple divisions.
Representing diverse domains—CACE, Placement, HR, Sustainability, SDG Impact, Admissions, Alumni Relations, Sports, and International Office—the ambassadors were acknowledged by their unit heads. The moment reflected ISBR’s ongoing commitment to fostering leadership development in business schools.
The Student Leadership at ISBR Business School initiative aims to inspire students to lead with purpose, confidence, and integrity while fostering a strong sense of community. The event created a meaningful impact by strengthening the synergy between students and the administration, encouraging open collaboration and mutual respect.
