A creativity and innovation workshop was organized for students of PGDM (2017-2019) by Dr. Pavan Soni at the ISBR campus as a part of the orientation program.
“Economic climate is changing rapidly and companies look at people as their best and strongest asset to help them survive and thrived Dr. Pavan Soni, an innovation evangelist by profession gave students an idea about the current scenario of education and opportunities for management graduates in India. Theeconomyisrapidlygrowingduetoautomation of the entire industry. Hence the three mantras by Indra Nooyi was highlighted by Dr. Pavan for creating new jobs:
- Be a lifelong learner
2. Put all your senses into whatever work you are doing
3. Allow people to grow along with you
This entire exercise, organized by Dr Pavan Soni, gave students an idea about how they could develop their creative skills and use a range of creative thinking methods, tools and techniques to generate ideas and solve problems beneficial for them and for people around them.
