On Saturday, September 28, 2024, ISBR Law College, Bengaluru, took a significant step towards fostering responsible citizens by organising a comprehensive Traffic Awareness Program for all its law students, including the new freshers. This crucial event aimed to educate future legal professionals on the importance of road safety and traffic regulations.
Esteemed Speakers and Program Flow
The program was graced by the presence of key figures from the local traffic department:
- Sri. Javaregowda, PSI, Traffic, Electronics City
- Sri. Pratap, Head Constable, Traffic
Both speakers addressed the students, sharing valuable insights and practical knowledge on traffic awareness. More than 150 students attended the program, benefiting from the informative session.
The event commenced with a soulful invocation song by Ms. Akshata, a 3rd Year BBA LLB student. Following this, Chief Guest Sri Javaregowda and other dignitaries participated in the traditional lighting of the lamp. Dr. Tapan Nayak, Director I/C, formally welcomed the esteemed gathering, and Principal Dr. Balavanth Kalaskar addressed the attendees. The function concluded with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Muskan, a BBA LLB student.
