Later, Mr. Aniruddha Athawale demystified sales management with real-world examples from FMCG, insurance, and digital sales sectors. An evening virtual interaction with the IIM Nagpur Student Council fostered valuable peer-to-peer networking.
Day 5: Career Readiness and Startup Internships
The final day featured a valedictory function, celebrating learning, growth, and collaboration. Career-focused sessions were conducted by Dr. Balachandar.S and Prof. Madan G from ISBR, who coached students through mock interviews and JD training. Notably, three students interviewed directly with startup co-founders and made a lasting impression — a testament to their preparation and potential.
