Future Makers Conclave: Shaping Tomorrow’s Innovators
The Future Makers Conclave, a high-energy forum that brought together young innovators, startup founders, policymakers, investors, and global thought leaders. 200 students of ISBR have explored what makes a startup investor-ready, how founders navigate failure, why innovation thrives in collaborative ecosystems, and the mindset needed to lead in an unpredictable, AI-driven world—all in conversations that felt honest, relatable, and empowering.
Over the course of the conclave, students also discussed several major developments unveiled at FMC 2025. One of the most significant was the announcement of ₹400 crore in strategic funding disbursed to deep-tech startups by the state government in partnership with top venture capital firms. This initiative forms part of a broader vision to build a ₹1,000-crore joint fund dedicated to accelerating deep tech and AI-driven innovation in Karnataka.
The conclave further expanded startup support programs with the announcement of 143 Elevate program winners, the largest cohort to date. Students engaged in conversations about the government’s commitment of ₹600+ crore across new and existing schemes, including the Deep Tech Elevate Fund, Elevate Beyond Bengaluru Fund, and an upcoming network of incubators designed to nurture early-stage entrepreneurs.
FMC 2025 drew an impressive 11,000+ attendees, featuring a diverse lineup of distinguished speakers such as Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla (ISRO Astronaut), Ankur Warikoo, Sania Mirza, Richa Ghosh, Kaivalya Vohra, and Suhani Shah. Their perspectives on innovation, leadership, performance, and personal growth resonated deeply with students aspiring to make an impact in emerging industries.
