On 5th July 2025, ISBR Business School organized the inaugural ceremony for its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Batch of 2025–27 at the NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bengaluru. The occasion also coincided with the institution completing 35 years in the domain of management education, tracing its roots from a modest cohort of 60 students to welcoming 500 learners this year.

True to its tech-forward ethos, the event began with an innovative twist — a ROBOT hostess welcomed the guests, captivating the audience and setting the tone for a future-driven PGDM journey. Mr. Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, TATA Hitachi
Mr. Sandeep Singh brought the essence of Japanese managerial wisdom to the audience, emphasizing the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle. His keynote encouraged students to internalize structured thinking, resilience, and disciplined execution—traits vital for tomorrow’s business leaders.

One of the most riveting sessions came from Mr. Suhas Gopinath, the youngest global CEO, who launched his cybersecurity firm as a teenager and now leads a Made-in-India global brand. His compelling story of pitching to business titans like Bill Gates left students in awe of what is possible when ambition meets action.
Distinguished Alumna: Ms. Vrusha Raghu, Associate Director – L&D, NineLeaps
A proud alumna from the 2012 PGDM batch, Ms. Vrusha Raghu shared her heartwarming journey from ISBR to becoming an industry leader. Currently serving as Associate Director – Learning and Development at NineLeaps, she highlighted ISBR’s student-centric culture. Her experience as a beneficiary of the international scholarship program for an exchange opportunity in France was a testament to the institute’s dedication to nurturing talent. Presiding over the event, Dr. Manish Kothari, President – ISBR Group of Institutions, symbolically named the new batch “Operation Sindoor” in honor of the bravery shown by India’s defense forces during recent conflicts.
