Global PGDM - 3 Country Model is an innovative and exciting model for a real global exposure. Students get an opportunity to gain invaluable exposure, experience and practical knowledge by travelling, studying and experiencing 3 countries including India during their education of 2 Year AICTE approved PGDM. An experienced mentor is specially assigned for the students to take care of all concerns, academics and beyond, if any.

Throughout the program, the students experience holistic learning of cross-cultural sensitivities, real world experiences, the best of academic mentors both by foreign and Indian faculties, global industry visits, high-tech class rooms, international standard facilities including comfortable accommodation, Computer Lab, Online Library, Sports and Gym Facilities.
This program rightfully justifies the practical part of pursuing higher education in the area of Management. The students’ become cultural sensitive and have a broad approach to adaptability.
Under this model the student completes his program by visiting 3 different countries during his 2 year education of PGDM. The choice of these countries would be done by ISBR and would be amongst India, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia and others. The student would be sent to any of the 3 countries including India.
This program provides what most MBAs don’t: a thoughtful understanding of how the global economy works and how organizations can best organize and operate in it. The program helps students become effective communicators and decision-makers with essential qualities of a leader. The curriculum is taught by world-class faculty. They use an engaged learning approach with case studies and discussions that stimulate class interaction.

During the two years i.e 4 semesters, the students would spend 6-8 weeks in each of the foreign country. The academic curriculum would be at the host country i.e. India and during the visit to the chosen country, student would have to do his internship, project, organisation study, value-added lectures, cross-cultural study, etc. based on the permissions obtained.
