On the 30th<\/sup> of January 2015, students from ISBR Business School performed at Infosys\u2019 CSR initiative on India\u2019s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan<\/em>. The resource person for the same was, Mr. Gautham Nigam from the marketing department who took charge of the team upon their arrival.<\/p>\n The ISBR Team performed a Skit, Dance and Mime for the employees based on the theme \u2018Swachh Bharat<\/em>\u2019 which translates to \u2018Clean India<\/em>\u2019. The Skit was meant to convey a strong message of awareness regarding the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan <\/em>and several issues surrounding it such as accusations that the campaign is merely a publicity stunt and that it would not result in any improvement to India\u2019s hygiene problem. The Skit also sought to raise awareness regarding the many ways that we harm each other by not keeping our surroundings clean and the importance of waste segregation. After the Skit, the ISBR Team performed a dance number on three social and moral ideas namely, \u2018Go Green, Get Clean\u2019, \u2018Break Silence on Men\u2019s Violence\u2019 and \u2018Corruption Leads to Destruction\u2019. Finally, the students performed a Mime showcasing a collective message of how we, through our own efforts, can clean India and that we should not depend on celebrities or politicians for the same.<\/p>\n After the performance, the team was given a complimentary lunch during which time, Mr. Gautham Nigam shared some of his own experiences in the corporate world with the team along with a few useful tips. After lunch, the students were given the opportunity to explore the campus and tech park before leaving.
