In a recent initiative to broaden academic horizons, ISBR\u2019s leadership team engaged in a constructive dialogue with Dr. Joby John, Dean and Professor of Marketing, College of Business, Lamar University, USA. This marked the beginning of a high-potential academic collaboration aimed at cultivating innovation, pedagogical excellence, and global exposure for students and faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Joint & Online Learning Modules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a foundational step, both institutions proposed o<\/strong>nline and joint classes. These will include guest lectures and credit-based modules taught by Lamar University faculty. Through blended learning, ISBR students will engage in real-time, cross-border academic interactions, fostering global perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Faculty Shadowing for Pedagogical Excellence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
