Our students had the unique opportunity to gain insider knowledge on the Credit Assessment Officer role at ANZ Bank, straight from someone who\u2019s successfully transitioned from campus to corporate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was led by <strong>Atharv Sapate<\/strong>, a proud alumnus from the PGDM Batch of 2023\u201325, who now excels in his role at ANZ. His journey\u2014just a step ahead of our current students\u2014made the session both relatable and enriching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real-World Insights from an Alumnus at ANZ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Atharv went beyond the basics of a job description. He shared the real story behind the role, covering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How he prepared for the ANZ selection process<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interview stages and tips to crack them<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traits and skills that ANZ values in candidates<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With personal anecdotes, honest reflections, and practical advice, the session gave students a holistic picture of what it means to be a Credit Assessment Officer. Atharv&#8217;s story wasn\u2019t just about landing a job\u2014it was about adapting, learning, and thriving in a global bank environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faculty Support Enhancing the Learning Curve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was seamlessly moderated by Prof. Amit K, who provided contextual alignment for students.
