Recognizing this imperative, <strong>ISBR Business School, <\/strong>recently conducted an intensive <strong>Orientation and Workshop on MOOCs and Digital Learning Platforms<\/strong> as part of the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) 2024 Batch \u2013 Module II Coursework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This high-impact session was led by <strong>Mr. Haresh R<\/strong>, <strong>Deputy Director \u2013 Placements at NMIMS Bengaluru<\/strong>, whose extensive industry-academic experience brought exceptional clarity to the discourse on digital pedagogy and research enablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic Insights on MOOCs for Doctoral Scholars:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2705; <strong>Decoding MOOC Ecosystems:<\/strong> Scholars were introduced to globally recognized Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) such as Coursera, edX, NPTEL, and SWAYAM\u2014curated specifically for research-oriented learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2705; <strong>Research-Aligned Certifications:<\/strong> The session outlined how scholars can align certifications with their dissertation focus areas, enhancing both academic rigor and subject-matter depth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2705; <strong>Leveraging EdTech Strategically:<\/strong> Digital tools and platforms were evaluated for their ability to accelerate literature reviews, data analytics, collaborative research, and academic publishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2705; <strong>UGC-Compliant Course Selection:<\/strong> Mr. Haresh emphasized the importance of enrolling in UGC-recognized and accredited programs, ensuring both compliance and credibility in the academic portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is a cornerstone of Module II in the FPM curriculum, designed to promote structured, flexible, and self-paced learning\u2014core traits of successful doctoral journeys. Through such engagements, ISBR continues to fortify its position at the intersection of academic innovation and digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advancing Doctoral Excellence Through Digital Empowerment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Haresh R for delivering a session that was both insightful and deeply relevant to the evolving landscape of doctoral research.
