Recognizing this, Varun and Dhruba stepped forward not just as corporate professionals, but as proud ISBR ambassadors dedicated to giving back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their intervention was not symbolic\u2014it was strategic. With deep insights into organizational culture and evolving industry demands, both alumni facilitated internships that were not only relevant but also rigorously structured to match the expectations of a dynamic job market. Their support ensured our students gained firsthand experience in navigating real-world HR frameworks, talent lifecycle management, and strategic people practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating Impact Through Industry-Academic Collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Niyo Solutions, a fintech disruptor, <strong>Varun Vashisht<\/strong>\u2019s initiative enabled interns to engage in live HR projects centered around talent analytics, policy benchmarking, and employee engagement metrics. His mentorship provided a rich learning environment that mirrored the agility and innovation expected from HR professionals in fast-paced tech ecosystems. Last year, Varun facilitated an internship opportunity for a PGDM student in <strong>Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/strong>, and this year, extended his support once again by onboarding an <strong>HR intern<\/strong>, thereby strengthening continuity and trust in ISBR\u2019s academic-industry interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, <strong>Dhruba Chatterjee<\/strong> at PowerEdge, a company at the forefront of people-centric solutions, enabled ISBR interns to delve into people and culture strategies\u2014focusing on diversity and inclusion, performance enablement, and culture diagnostics.
