Lakshmi <\/strong>and rigorously evaluated by an esteemed panel of internal and external examiners. Through a compelling presentation and a strong defense of his research, Mr. Anoop effectively demonstrated his expertise, leading the committee to unanimously recommend the award of the Fellow in Management (FPM) degree. Mathew (FPM03-2020) on January 29, 2025, at ISBR Business School, Bangalore<\/strong>. Her thesis, titled <strong>\u201cA Study on Employee Engagement Strategies and its Impact on Retention and Organizational Performance of Employees Working in Select IT Companies in Bengaluru Prior, During, and Post COVID-19 Pandemic,\u201d<\/strong> was conducted under the esteemed guidance of Dr. A. Narasima Venkatesh and evaluated by a distinguished panel of internal and external examiners. With a well-structured presentation and a strong defense, Mrs. Elizabeth effectively addressed all queries raised by the Doctoral Committee and attendees, demonstrating exceptional research capabilities.
