Recently, we had the privilege of hosting Nadeem Pasha, Global Talent Acquisition Head at Robosoft, for an expert talk on <strong><em>&#8220;Strategies of Work-Life Balance &#8211; The Key to Balancing &amp; Recharging in Talent Acquisition.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was nothing short of inspiring as Nadeem delved into the art of maintaining harmony between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. He shared practical strategies and personal anecdotes, shedding light on how professionals can recharge and thrive in today\u2019s fast-paced work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With work-life balance becoming a critical topic in the modern corporate landscape, the discussion resonated deeply with our students. Nadeem\u2019s actionable advice and engaging approach sparked meaningful conversations, leaving everyone with valuable insights to incorporate into their own lives and careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interactive nature of the session added an extra layer of engagement, making it a truly memorable experience.
