This incredible milestone stands as a testament to her relentless dedication, perseverance, and academic brilliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Hemalatha&#8217;s research work, titled <em>\u201c<\/em><strong><em>A Study on Awareness &amp; Effectiveness of SIDBI Loan Schemes for the Development of MSMEs in Bengaluru<\/em><\/strong><em>,\u201d<\/em> has made a significant contribution to the understanding and advancement of financial support mechanisms for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Her study offers valuable insights into the role of SIDBI loan schemes in empowering and fostering the growth of MSMEs, which are the backbone of India\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This achievement would not have been possible without the guidance and support of her Research Guide, the ISBR Research Centre\u2019s Doctoral Committee members, and the distinguished representatives from the University of Mysore. A special acknowledgement goes to Professor Dr. Mahadevappa, Chairman, BOS, for his expert mentorship and unwavering encouragement throughout her academic journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ISBR Research Centre extends its heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Hemalatha K J and wishes her continued success in her future endeavors.
