At ISBR Business School, our unwavering commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) continues to drive meaningful initiatives that empower our students to be catalysts for change. In line with SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), our students recently participated in a transformative <\/strong>Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)<\/em><\/strong> training session on September 21, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This critical training reflects ISBR\u2019s dedication to fostering a harassment-free, equitable, and empowering environment for all. It goes beyond academic learning to ensure that our students, as future HR leaders, are equipped with the tools to create workplaces where respect, dignity, and fairness are paramount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by Expertise: Dr. Elizabeth Chacko\u2019s Insightful Session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session was expertly led by Dr. Elizabeth Chacko<\/strong>, a prominent advocate for gender equality and inclusivity in the workplace. Known for her engaging and interactive teaching style, Dr. Chacko guided students through real-world case studies and scenarios, making the concepts of harassment prevention and intervention practical and relatable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through thought-provoking discussions, the students explored how to recognize, prevent, and address harassment in both professional and social settings.
