From April 1st to April 5th, 2024, a cohort of students from ISBR Business School embarked on an enriching immersion program at the esteemed Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM Nagpur). This initiative, known as the Management Immersion Program, offered our students an unparalleled opportunity to delve into specific management domains, acquire practical insights, and foster invaluable connections within the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guided by the distinguished faculty members of IIM Nagpur, our students delved into a myriad of management disciplines, including leadership, strategic management, and decision-making processes. Through hands-on exercises and live case studies, they were able to translate theoretical knowledge into actionable strategies, preparing themselves for the dynamic challenges of the corporate world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the confines of the classroom, our students had the privilege of immersing themselves in the vibrant culture of IIM Nagpur. They actively participated in various student clubs and activities, nurturing a sense of camaraderie and belonging within the campus community. This exposure to extracurricular pursuits not only complemented their academic learning but also provided invaluable networking opportunities with peers and industry professionals alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a highlight of the program, ISBR students and faculty members embarked on an insightful industrial visit to NOVASys Solar Panel manufacturing and distribution facilities in Nagpur. This excursion offered a firsthand glimpse into the complexities of solar panel manufacturing and underscored the importance of sustainable energy practices in today’s business landscape. The Management Immersion Program at IIM Nagpur stands as a testament to our commitment to providing a holistic education that extends beyond the confines of textbooks and classrooms. It equips our students with the practical skills, industry knowledge, and real-world experiences necessary to thrive in their future endeavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our students return to ISBR Business School, they bring with them a renewed sense of purpose and a deep-seated commitment to making a positive impact in the business world.
