The ISBR Summer Internships for the PGDM Class of 2022-24 are ready to roll out in the areas of Marketing, HR, Finance, Data Science and Business Analytics, Product Management and Operations, for the commencement in June & July 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PGDM 2022-2024 cohort constitutes 265 students with a highly competent mix in terms of Education, Experience and Certifications, ready to work across locations because of their diverse culture and demographic background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The esteemed list of ISBR recruiters who have completed the internship drives includes Happequity Investments and Finance, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Volume Nine, Digital Marveled, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) \u2013 Launchpad, Woodentials & Posterity Consulting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other big brands that have expressed their intent to participate in the internship are Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Asapp Info Global Group, L’Or\u00e9al, Equinox Labs, Lodha Group, Landmark Group, Taxblock India Pvt Ltd, Sattva Group, KPIT Technologies, Yosaney Fintech LLP, Matrix Exports and several others.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pandemic Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Covid-19 Pandemic transformed the traditional notion of placements and internships<\/a>. The ISBR community took the challenges head on and channelised them into newer opportunities. With strong expertise in digital technologies, the batch was given an individual \u201cLive Project\u201d directly linked to industry needs. Students came out triumphant and ready to lead in the daunting VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world of the post-pandemic world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019-2021: The Game Changer <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This period could be considered a watershed in the placement history of ISBR. Keeping aside the routine reactive approach to the industry JDs, a far more pro-active approach was initiated in order to shape the students into highly sought-after leaders in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students are encouraged by faculty and Alumni to undertake skills training right from the 1st<\/sup> Trimester on Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension, etc. From 2021, students took over the skill-building process with boundless enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ISBR faculty, across domains, both trained and evaluated the students on crucial skill sets deemed crucial to lead in the 21st century\u2014awareness, adaptability, critical thinking, self-confidence, and application of mind, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The student body anchored the sessions undertaken by multiple stakeholders\u2014corporate experts, alumni, faculty, and Peer-to-Peer to ensure high student participation. The peer-to-peer interaction emerged as a clear winner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This not only strengthened the domain expertise but also shaped the inner behavioural being of the student personality\u2014punctuality, communication skills, dress code, presentation, and professional attitude, among several other qualities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The skill-building process is a round-the-clock activity beginning with the preparation of the list of skills extracted from the JDs sent out by the Placement team, to in-person training given by multiple stakeholders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSkill Capital\u201d training: The ISBR success story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Six weeks before the start of internships, the entire exercise of skill enhancement was accomplished by the ISBR Placement<\/a> team. The 85-90% success rate in placements has reinforced the processes into a reliable system. The ISBR student body drives these internal processes with dynamism and courage, skills that help them be the leader they wish to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this rigorous process in place, the pressure on all the stakeholders\u2014students, faculty, and parents\u2014has reduced. This is testimony to the immense hard work of the Placements Team in aligning itself with industry requirements and maintaining the standards set by reputed organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISBR Placement for the Class of \u201923<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Placement Team is happy to announce that it has successfully completed the final placement process for the PGDM Class of \u201923, with students getting placed in more than 100 + companies across multiple sectors like IT\/ITES, BFSI, FMCG, Consulting, Research & Analytics, Logistics, Staffing & E-commerce. The PGDM Class of \u201823 bagged stellar roles, clocking the highest CTC of 13.58 LPA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
