He has completed intricate projects with many facets in the US, Canada, Europe, and Indian Markets, among other nations. Mr. Manjunath is passionate about assisting others and exploring how human behaviour affects how we see and use the environment around us. He is passionately obsessed with recruiting, developing leaders, and forming bonds with and having an influence on clients.<br><strong>Abstract\/Snapshot:<\/strong><br>The lesson provided insight into the psychological contract&#8217;s realities and myths. Also, we learned what to expect from employers and workers, how to manage psychological contracts, and how to develop our own brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flow of event:<\/strong><br>One of our students, Shahrungh Shajahan, introduced the speaker to the group at the start of the session. Mr. Manjunath Kamalesh took over the session and gave a thoughtful introduction about himself and his professional background. It was revealed to us how to comprehend psychological contracts and what is expected of both employers and employees. Next he spoke on dispelling common misconceptions and the truth regarding psychological contracts, such as Employee psychological considerations include job security, job happiness, and career growth chances in addition to compensation and benefits. Following that, he engaged in different interactions and discussions regarding how to manage psychological contracts.He also explained the key trends in the market place (Post covid) which includes employee experiences, employee development and engagement, wellness &amp; mental health and Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion (DEI). During the session he also discussed about the organizational culture. Towards the end he gave tips for how to build our own brand. Some key points discussed during the session are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\uf0b7 Building Relationship in an organizational<\/li><li>\uf0b7 Personal values and Organizational values<\/li><li>\uf0b7 Prioritize well-being<\/li><li>\uf0b7 Take ownership of work and why it is important<\/li><li>\uf0b7 Open communication<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learnings from the event:<\/strong><br>We were able to comprehend the psychological contract and how genuine it is in businesses thanks to this guest talk. Also, we were able to comprehend relationship-building techniques, how to uphold personal and organisational ideals, how to take on job-related obligations, the value of open communication in preventing conflicts, and how to work efficiently. The session was incredibly interactive since the resource person used examples from the real world to help us connect the concepts being discussed with greater understanding. Finally, we were able to comprehend how to create our own brand through an activity.
