Kennedy, \u201cChange is the law of life and those who look only to the look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future\u201d, we learnt about what is changing and why is it changing, opportunities in the new area and how can we upskill ourselves.<br>CA Anand Prakash Jangid , a Chartered Accountant &amp; Director AJA, took us to a journey from industrial revolution 1.0 to industrial revolution 4.0. He gave us suggestion to read books, namely \u201cThe future of the profession\u201d and \u201c the future of jobs report by world economic forum\u201d.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FLOW OF EVENTS:<\/strong><br>Starting with a welcome speech from Ms. Aparna, the session began with a quote by John F. Kennedy. It proceeded with the story of Luddites from1811. Later, he covered the following topics: He told us about the transformations going in Financial Sector. He discussed the ABCD of the finance , i.e.,<br><em><strong>A- AUTOMATION &amp; AI<br>B- BLOCKCHAIN<br>C- CYBER SECURITY &amp; CONTROL<br>D- DATA ANALYTICS<\/strong><\/em><br>He gave an overview about how the finance sector is evolving. He told us to transform our mindset and upgrade our skills in the desired domain. Discussion about jobs with decreasing demand and increasing demands. After question- answers round , the session was concluded by vote of thanks by Ms. Ankita Singh<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learnings from the event<\/strong><br>The session was insightful and full of learnings. We got to know about the evolving domains in finance, how different technology is gaining upper hand.
