Biographical Sketch of the Speaker: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Major Aditie Mohan<\/em><\/strong> is the Chief Administrative Officer <\/em><\/strong>at FNF India Pvt. ltd, Managing India\u2019s operating facilities including infrastructure and administration, Transport, Security, Real Estate, Projects, Procurement, Travel, Hospitality ,Client Management, Crisis management and other soft services. She is a former Army Officer from the Army Service Corps and served with the forces for 8 years. She has worked in Tesco, Concentrix, Accenture, GE, and Vertex, and currently with FNF. She is the recipient of many awards like, “veteran-in-professionalism,” High Flyers, Pillars of support, \u2018Leader for handling critical situations,” and many more. MBA from IIM Bangalore and is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

The session was based on the importance of values and ethics, how each individual is different on the basis of their value system even though they have the same opportunities and skills, and how it helps in the corporate world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flow of events: <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Guru Basava Aradhya sir and Mr. Shahrungh Shahjahan introduced her at the start of the<\/b> session. Then she started the session by cracking a joke, which engaged the whole class. After that, she taught us in a very catchy and humorous way throughout that two-hour session. She shared her struggles, mistakes, achievements, her perspective towards life, her own life\u2019s snapshot, and how being a human is more important than anything else. She also spoke about how we should make our decisions and why being kind makes us feel content and happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
