He has almost 25 years of experience as a professional and is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He also belongs to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as an Associate Member. Several investigations into alleged or suspected financial and behavioural violations, including bribery, corruption, and data theft, have been led and carried out by Mr. Jagdeep. Additionally, he has directed numerous proactive risk assessments and reviews for corruption, bribery, and fraud. He is the team leader for the corporate integrity services, which include establishing an ethics department, helping to create codes of conduct and ethics policies, among other things, providing whistle-blowing assistance, and preventing sexual harassment in corporate settings. He has done a lot of conferences and workshops related to anti bribery corruption (including FCPA), fraud prevention detection and corporate ethics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT:<\/strong><br>He covered ethics, compliance, and their distinctions after we cast our votes on how we understood them. We talked about numerous case studies including moral dilemmas and the results of such dilemmas. He answered several of our questions during the question and answer session that followed.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FLOW OF EVENTS: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vote on our fundamental ethical understanding kicks off the meeting. After then, a conversation about ethics, compliances, their variations, and how it affected corporations took place. The first case study was a film on RANA PLAZA, and we talked about the ethical and legal problems that resulted in thousands of employees losing their lives as a result.<br>We continued by talking about Siemens, German bribery laws, and how the corporation overcome them. A case study on Satyam computers and the fraud that took place is then presented. We talked about numerous articles and businesses where serious scams were caused by ethical problems.<br>He discussed a few rules and his own experiences dealing with significant moral dilemmas without taking threats into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LEARNINGS FROM THE EVENTS:<\/strong><br>The discussion was interesting and loaded with knowledge. Everyone could distinguish between disparities in ethics and compliances. We learn more about moral dilemmas and ways to solve them.
