She has more than 20 years of experience and worked extensively in different aspects of Knowledge Management. Mamatha did her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science on Knowledge Management, Social capital and its impact on Learning organizations. She worked as core team for innovation, knowledge management, and competency development for different verticals at Wipro Technologies. She has been the Technical Lead for various Wireless Projects (e.g. 2G, 3G, and LTE) at Samsung, Cisco, and Interdigital. With a short stint in Academics as Asst. Prof and head sponsored research she still maintains the academic connection as a Research supervisor @ Ramaiah University. At Acies Innovations she leads the Delivery Team and handholds her colleagues in Knowledge Management-based projects. Recently she is the<br>COO of Acadex.in which focuses on Services for the Academic sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract\/Snapshot:<\/strong><br><em>1) Decisions come with Risks and Constraints<br>2) More you handle an ambiguous situation, the higher you go in an organization.<br>6) Don\u2019t sit back, go and show your leadership skills.<br>7) Decision-making is an important tool to decide and make a call.<br>8) Design thinking empathizes with customers in a new way.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feedback from students :<\/strong><br>1) Engaging and interactive session.<br>2) Good knowledge
