Namma HR Convergence Club has successfully completed the selection of it\u2019s office bearers and core team members. We have followed a smooth process of selection following a step by step procedure.
PROCESS:

ELECTION:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We began our selection process with the members secretly voting for all the candidatesnominated for the posts of President, Vice President and Secretary.
COUNTING OF VOTES:
Following the voting, counting of the votes in the secret ballot was done and the top two scorers for each post were segregated.
PITCHING:
The top two scorers of each post were called and asked to give an elevator pitch for their respective posts. They had to talk about the vision they had for the club and also the innovative steps they will take in future regarding the growth of the club.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION:
Following the pitches put forth by the candidates, evaluation was done by the judges. The jury consisted of Professor Veena Shenoy and Dr. Anju Kumar. The marks given by both the judges were added up and based on the overall scores of evaluation the selection of the office bearers was completed. It was decided that the top two scorers will serve in rotation for different trimesters.
