Participating in an accelerator and the ensuing fundraising process is an intense experience, but it helps forge strong bonds between cohort members. We were taught about importance of accelerators like they help in validating your idea, providing comprehensive support, learning what investors want, cutting edge facility, A good program will test your assumptions and\u00a0critique\u00a0your methods with the aim of leading to a robust, defensible and credible proposition. You should also have the opportunity to learn about key concepts such as financial forecasting, minimum viable product, product road mapping, and intellectual property legislation. Being equipped with this sort of knowledge will<br>be invaluable in your entrepreneurship journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONCLUSION<\/strong><br>Ultimately, participating in an accelerator can be helpful to your start-ups. Make sure you\u2019re extremely selective with which program you choose and try to time your participation in such a way that fundraising starts immediately after the program ends. A great accelerator can absolutely be an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to kick your company into a higher gear. Don\u2019t expect the accelerator to be a silver bullet that automatically catapults you to fame, fortune and fundraising glory though. \u00a0Remember that it\u2019s just an opportunity, not a guarantee.
