MANOJAVAM 2022, the Oxford College of Business’ yearly management festival, was organised. The ISBR PGDM 2022\u201324 students took part in a variety of activities.
Identify the app: The time allotted for using the app and providing an answer was 20 seconds. To respond to the question, teams had to press the buzzer. First team to press the buzzer was the one who spoke first. Nilesh Deshmukh, Arpit Sood, and Mitiksha obtained first place in this competition<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corporate Roadies (HR) Event: The event was conducted in 4 rounds
\u2022 Round 1 \u2013 Questionnaire
\u2022 Round 2 \u2013 HR Games (Paper link & Blind drawing)
\u2022 Round 3 \u2013 Group Discussion
\u2022 Round 4 \u2013 Stress Interview
Participants: Swasthi Shetty, R. Vijay, Shahrungh Shajahan, Arpit Kolge Secured 2nd position in this event<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing Maestros: This event was conducted in 3 rounds
Participants: Mahima Nair, Narayan, Harsh Mehta Secured 2 nd position in this event
The Big Bull: The event was conducted in 3 rounds <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants: Bhaskar Kasera, Dwij Bhagat, Vishal reached the final round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learnings from the event: The event was a fun and exciting occasion where we were exposed to vigorous competition from other colleges. It was a learning experience which me and my team will never forget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
