We had Mr. Balaji Aiyer in our C-talk who shared his knowledge and perceptions with our students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The majority of <strong>Mr. Balaji Aiyer&#8217;s<\/strong> career was spent working at Citibank. After that, he oversaw Mapletree, an Indian division of Temasek. Real estate investor Mapletree has a dedicated design and development team. While he learned both institutional and retail banking during his time at Citibank, he also learned design and real estate development during his time at Mapletree. For its size, India has few high-quality structures.<br>He has offered advice on how to handle various job-related problems.<br>An informative introduction to the managerial positions accessible for PGDM students in several fields served as the session&#8217;s opening statement. We also gained a complete knowledge on relating various factors that leads to problems in the present condition in an organization.<br>Feedback from students: Avery informative and productive session that helped us to gain idea or tips to avoid problems in our domain and also gained knowledge on factors which are responsible for the problems happens in our department or domain.
