In our knowledge executive series, we continue to obtain a lot of excellent ISBR fellows who provide their opinions on a particular topic, which adds value to many of our students.
We would love to share that Mr. Anil Kuppa <\/strong>took up the executive knowledge series session and discussed “Evolution of an IDEA From Start-up to Scale-up” this time.<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideas are the most instigating and powerful thoughts that emanate from human minds. An idea emanates for many reasons \u2013 to solve the most dire need of human being, to address a most distressing problem to humanity, to innovate and invent, to discover new horizons to un-tap the many capabilities of human potential. Ideation also is an offshoot of curiosity of the human \u2013 a outcome of unending seeking of the unknown, the truth of the matter \u2013 and above all, manifesting in outcomes that serve a larger good of mankind. When IDEAS of the mind manifest -to enable businesses, solve complex problems of humanity \u2013 a large number of people get to be involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Science and technology, business acumen, organisational skills, and other factors all play a role in turning ideas into solutions or inventions.
When a vast amount of resources are involved in the manifestation of an idea, such as labour, intellect, and economics, there is a natural requirement for a process that must be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The world at large , and India in particular , has been at the cusp of many such inventions and ideas in the last 50 years \u2013 especially in the last 25 years \u2013 due to break throughs in technology \u2013 especially in Information Technology (IT). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evolution of an idea \u2013 which will be in an abstract stage, into a tangible solution \u2013 goes thru an EVOLUTIONARY PROCESS. This seminar delves into this evolutionary process \u2013 which has been mastered by the Industry leaders over the last few decades \u2013 and documented for future learning.
Startup to Scale up \u2013 elicits the steps involved in the realization of an idea, until the Idea manifests into a Self Reliant and Self Sustainable Entity \u2013 which is popularly called an EVOLVED ORGANIZATION.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
