His past work experience includes Chief Operating Officer- Tata Teleservices, GM and Enterprise Head, Voice and Data- Bharati Airtel, and Director-South-Sprint RPG. During his tenure, he had client relationships at Board\/CXO\/CXO-1\/Director levels. One of the few professionals with top-level exposure to B2B, B2C and B2G. He has participated in the Management Development Program of the University of Michigan and Ross, IIM-Ahmedabad, and Harvard Business School.

The event Leadership Development Program on \u201cLeadership in Crisis\u201d was organized by The Department of HRM and General Management \u2013 ISBR Business School, Bangalore, conducted on the Zoom Webinar Platform. The LDP laid emphasis on the process of responding to an organization’s issues and preventing them in the future is known as crisis leadership. Most crisis managers prioritize their employees’ and customers’ emotional needs by giving emotional assistance.
