ISBR Business was happy to bring those memories back to life by organising its first virtual ALUMNI meet, which included fun games and plenty of humorous stories from the alumni about their time at ISBR and the events that shaped them.
On Saturday, June 26th, 2021, at 2 p.m. IST, the event began on the Zoom platform. The Placement Committee is in charge of organising the event (PlaceCom StratX). Ms. Anshitha Sharma organised it, while Ms. Vaishnavi Sawant, Ms. Anjali Atipamula, Ms. Shivani Bhatt, and Mr. Khazi Owais moderated it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event was embraced by Dr.. Manish Kothari, Dr. Y Lakshman Kumar, Director, Mr. Amit Kanchanbaras, HOD Finance, Mrs. Preeja Sreedhar, Mr. VV Rao, Dr. Sheetal Mahendher, HOD, Quantitative Techniques and Analytics, Kavitha Madhusudan, Director Admissions along with alumnus of batches varying from 2008 to 2019 and a total of 150 students from both PGDM and MBA batch 2020-2022.
The session started with the Introduction of the Leadership Team. Later it went on with Manish Sir\u2019s speech followed by Dr. YLK sir\u2019s speech. There on, a small engagement game has been conducted for the alumni on a theme of \u201cLet\u2019s get down to the memory lane\u201d. It was such an engaging game where all the alumni\u2019s enjoyed playing with the puzzles, guessing the answers and shared the memories and attachment they had with that place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, the event went on with Preeja Ma\u2019am speech and she shared her experience with ISBR, how it made her part of ISBR family since the beginning of this journey till today and ma\u2019am has shared some memorable and mischievous moments about students, then it is followed by VV Rao sir\u2019s speech. From here on, we have kept an open floor to speak on the agenda. Each and every alumnus came forward, shared their experiences with us about the college and their journey. The most awaited moment of the event is the announcement of the Star Alumni. The Star Alumni has been announced and the winner is Raman Kumar, whose journey has been remarkable and a great inspiration to everyone who is aspiring to achieve great things in their lives. Then there was a special video for Alumni which featured all the memories in the form of pictures. And at last, there was a gratitude video to the alumni which was brought up by the students of PGDM batch 2020- 2021.
The session formally concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Shantanu Paul, President \u2013 PlaceCom StratX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
