OBJECTIVES OF THE VISIT \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf To know the business model and working of the MSME sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students of ISBR Business School went for an industrial visit in Teknic, Electronic city under the Innoventure program. The company is an electro \u2013 mechanical manufacturing company which works towards the customer expectations and with latest technologies for their clients.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The industrial visit turned out to be very productive for the students and a great source of learning. The company\u2019s 80 percent employer ratio is of women, taking a huge step towards women empowerment. Also, the working environment was peaceful and the visit helped students to gain knowledge of all departments in the manufacturing company, Teknic. The students learned the process and working environment, which motivated them for entrepreneurship. It also opened the windows of knowledge for aspiring entrepreneurs in various perspectives. The company motivated students and supported students to gain knowledge and open their doors of exploration, by sharing their journey and learnings. It was an amazing initiative by the Innoventure Team of ISBR Business School
with the guidance of the faculty head of Innoventure, Dr. Sheetal Mahender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
