Lakshmi from the Department of Marketing hosted a panel discussion for PGDM students. Mr. Karthik M.V. and the student panel spoke on the topic of &#8220;Disruption in Marketing in the Neo Normal and Beyond.&#8221; After the panel presented a detailed discussion of the marketing trends, the students bombarded the speaker with questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event began with Prof. Shiva Prakash introducing the speaker, followed by a debate among the student panel members, and then the speaker&#8217;s presentation.<br>The flow event consists of<br>An examination of the marketing strategy-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anshu: Marketing concept\u2014no changes at all\u2014need to be satisfied. WFH caused a disruption to what had been down for days.<br>Shriram: Brand Marketing Mix Strategies &#8211; One or two examples of marketing mix strategies. Focus on fundamentals and price offerings with safety and hygiene (STD COVID Protocols) are the four Ps.<br>Ashmita: Covid strategies with one or two brand examples Brands must be innovative and empathic in order to survive. Consumers demand convenience as a result of Digital &amp; Real-Time Solutions at WFH<\/li><li>Jayadeep: What happened to entertainment during the COVID era? There are no theatres and people are leaving because of the OTT\/Netflix boom.
