Dr. Veena is presently working as Professor and chairperson \u2013 MBA Program in PES University. Dr. Veena has a blend of both industry & academic experience. She has worked in various reputed organizations like HMT (MTB) and Design
engineer @AUMA INDIA Ltd, Bangalore. She has 19 years of Industry & teaching experience. She has taught post-graduate courses in the areas of Quantitative Methods, Management information systems, Enterprise resource planning, Supply chain management, Project management, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Social Media Marketing. She has presented papers in several national and two international conferences at Daito Bunka University, Japan, and Wenzhou University, Zhejiang, China. She has to her credit many research papers published in peer-reviewed journals. She is a resource person to many Business Analytics MDPs. She has attended several faculty development programs (FDP). She has edited four issues of PES Business Review \u2013 a bi-annual management journal as Associate Editor. She has successfully organized and conducted National seminars, conferences, and conclaves. Dr. Veena\u2019s Research Interest lies in Technology implementation, Rationalization of the supply chain, Rainfall modeling, and migration studies, etc. and she is also guiding Ph.D. scholars from VTU and PES University.
FPM module III was commenced on 11th September introducing planner and manual enclosing the instructions. Consequent to the session orientation program on \u201cHow to Write an Effective Research Article\u201d is organized and the session dealt by Dr. Veena A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Learnings from the event:
\u2022 The session was been fully informed on how to publish research articles without compromising on quality and how to publish the same in reputed journals such as SCOPUS Indexed, ABDC by being cautious from predatory or cloned journals.
\u2022 Dr. Veena A also discussed the pragmatic way of conducting research and the required set of attributes that are supposed to be built by a scholar to deliver quality research out of their theses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
