She is an HR Executive in Khush Housing Finance Pvt. ltd Mumbai, working in recruitment, operations, training, and employee engagement. She has done her master&#8217;s in human resource management from the national university of Ireland in 2020 and worked as an<\/strong> HR Intern in Mahindra First Choice, Mumbai, and Galway development services, Ireland. And she had done her bachelor\u2019s in Human resources from Mumbai University in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abstract\/Snapshot: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session started at 11.15 am with a formal welcome note by the Head of the department, Dr. Savitri Jayant. Ms. Binita gave the formal introduction of the guest speaker who then took over the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The flow of the event: Formal Welcome note- <strong>Dr. Savitri Jayant<\/strong><\/li><li>Guest Introduction- Binita (Student)<\/li><li>Session Engagement<\/li><li>Q&amp;A<\/li><li>Vote of Thanks- Aishwarya (Student)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Learnings from the event: The session started with a short introduction of the students. Then she showed the salary slip and how it is designed in the companies with the basic pay and the various allowances. The speaker then talked about various importance of compensation like how it,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Attracts top talent<br>2. Provides a competitive edge over competitors<br>3. Increases employee motivation<br>4. Boosts employee loyalty<br>5. Increases productivity and profitability<br>6. Rewards top performers<br>7.
