And so, we did the same again. We conducted a session by Abha Tiwari, she presented a case study on Tesla and made everyone to come out with various insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>About Abha Tiwari<\/strong><br>With about 12 plus years of experience post-graduation, I am presently the Head of Legal &amp; Data Protection Officer for Renault India Private Limited. While her work profile presented a million opportunities to pursue the challenges posed by various complex&nbsp;situations and the ever-evolving regulatory regime, she also had the privilege to be part of the Alliance Leadership Development Program hosted by the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.&nbsp;&nbsp;Alongside, she is a fitness freak, running crept in not very long ago but has become a form of meditation. Holistic wellness perhaps in the need of the hour.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brief of the session:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session started with one of the famous sayings by Pete Seeger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>If it can\u2019t be reduced, reused, repaired, rebuilt, refurbished, refinished, resold, recycled, or composted, then it should be restricted, designed, or removed from production.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The rising sea levels, global warming, the ever-increasing chaos, and confusion over persevering the environment towards a sustainable goal, have been the most talked about subject in recent years. However how much did really change? From an industry point of view, how often do we stumble upon innovations that challenge the status quo, are disruptive enough to redesign the outlook of the theories and practices that for long have been held to be gold standards? Tesla, the youngest Company, in its about 18 years of existence so far, is kind of spearheading the path towards realigning the global objective of green transportation. From Roadster in 2009 to Model 3, history has witnessed some of the most iconic electric launches. These cars have been the trendsetters across the globe. Aesthetically designed, comparably powerful, features packed, and technologically ahead of time, these cars have a mass and global appeal. Elon Musk, the synonym of Tesla, ranking in the grade of Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos is reinstating to the world that while the Porters five forces theory may point otherwise, no industry is as immune to competition and turn arounds as long as there is ideation and the will to work towards it<br>In a nutshell, it can be summarized that :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"517\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/assg3-29-may-1024x517.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4149\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/assg3-29-may-1024x517.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/assg3-29-may-300x152.png 300w, https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/assg3-29-may-768x388.png 768w, https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/assg3-29-may-1536x776.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/assg3-29-may.png 1795w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Tesla created a value proposition, a long-term strategy: One of the basic contributing factors have been that Tesla\u2019s focus has been 100% electric vehicles, whereas every other car company has treated it as an option.<br>b. Invest Resources in strategic Program: Tesla has built a movement that stands alone with an intense desire from brand fans.<br>c. Keep the focus on: Technology is essential: Tesla treats their cars like technology. They have been able to harness immense potential by integrating the software so well.
