This orientation program gave a fantastic opportunity to know what to expect in the coming years and also their implementation. The session began with introducing them in a Creative way.\u00a0\u00a0DJ\u00a0 \u00a0told the new batch, \u00a0\u201cNo matter which part of the country you have come from, it&#8217;s all .in your past. We now belong to one big family which is ISBR.&#8221;The five-day program included ice speaking sessions, public speaking, leadership qualities, new product launch, CSR initiatives, and much more. Each session had an agenda to groom the students, helping them become better professionals. Best performances from each session were then selected to represent their ideas and skills on the Valedictory Day, which marks the conclusion of the orientation program. Students thoroughly, enjoyed, learned, and participated in a lot of activities, and displayed their talent too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharing her experience, Ms. Deepika of PGDM 2017 said,&#8217;DJ&#8217;s 5-days session was fantastic, I got to know people of my batch. We worked in teams and enjoyed ourselves a lot.
