This quote is the best example for a visionary leader. A visionary leader is a person who has a clear idea of how the future should look. They set out concrete steps to bring a vision to life, and then they lead a team of people in that direction. The guest lecture by Dr.Kiran Nair threw a light on visionary leadership on 15<sup>th<\/sup> march, 2021. The key takeaways are that we should develop leadership quality over the period. Now-a-days many young leaders are heading the organizations. We have to choose what we want to become, a follower or a leader. He also stressed that \u201cVision is important\u201d. We should develop our vision by answering the following questions,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why do we do what we do?<\/li>\n<li>What does success look like?<\/li>\n<li>How must we act to ensure success?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We should treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. We have to express moral convictions, understand employees, engage and enrich them to build a trust in them. Overall, the session was enlightening and motivating.
