We may feel complicated about this subject but <\/span><b>Mr. Perumal Kumar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who is a business analytics and consulting leader made it easy to get a basic knowledge about it to ISBR students. <\/span><b>On Feb 6,2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> he conducted a guest lecture on Business Analytics and Optimization with Industry cases in online zoom platform. The practical approach in his explanation made it clear to get the hang of the subject. He explained about the business analytics concept along with the different stages giving an example for each. We learnt the applications on various sectors like finance, marketing, hospitals, HR and operations with more practical insights. HR use case on Attrition Prediction and Marketing\/Retail Analytics Use case on inventory management were explained to the students.
