We named our HR club\u00a0<\/span>Convergence Namma Club<\/b>. We started with one motive of bringing some changes in the environment of our college by being more interactive and positive and having some activities each month so that students can enjoy their MBA life with some great memories.\u00a0<\/span>The HR club was inaugurated with a great event that was children\u2019s day on 14<\/span>th<\/span> November 2019. The theme was that all the students, including teachers, had to be dressed up as children and go back to their memories of being a child. Different kinds of activities like singing, dancing, quiz competition, etc also took place.\u00a0<\/span>\u2018Interactions make stronger\u2019- that is what the HR club believes in. to that effect, some of our students from ISBR went to a startup company in order to get some internships for students of all streams because that is what HR does.\u00a0<\/span>HR club also came up with organizing a workshop <\/span><\/p>\n

It was really a great and interactive session for all the students who have participated as it gave a lot of information regarding the challenges that an HR can face in this VUCA world. It was not only related to HR but also to all the specializations who participated in this workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n

As we all know HR club is known for celebrating culture and creating a great engagement in the environment, so we also started to make the students happier and feel like they are an important part of ISBR. Thus, the HR club took the initiative of celebrating birthdays and arranged for cutting the cake, whenever possible, to make it more special for all the students who are having their birthdays.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hr club had also merged with all the other clubs to come up with the idea of celebrating Christmas and the college had been so nice to that effect, wherein the faculty and students celebrated together, like one big happy family.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this lockdown, we felt like we should not be apart from each other, so ISBR, along with the HR club, organized a \u2018coffee confessions\u2019, where we all met online and had a great interaction, along with coffee, where the students can share their experience along with activities like dancing, singing, standup comedy, etc. It was a great interactive session where all teachers, students came together and shared some of their experience which felt like we are with our family that is our ISBR family; and that we were closer than ever in such times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Back on campus, the HR club had also come up with some of the events like having lunch together; theme events where every month, like mismatch day, traditional day, etc., wherein students had to dress up in accordance to that particular theme for the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus, these were all the events that were represented by ISBR under HR Club, with the only motive to create a great engagement with each diverse culture and also make them feel like family.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
