The session aimed to familiarize students with the Customer Success role and help them approach the interview process with better clarity and confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed as a focused JD orientation, the session provided an overview of role responsibilities, required skill sets, and interview expectations, enabling students to align their academic learning with real-world industry requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industry-Aligned Orientation for Customer Success Roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was led by Anshitha Sharma, an alumna of ISBR and currently a Success Manager at Sprinklr. Drawing from her professional journey, she offered students a clear, practical, and industry-aligned perspective on the Customer Success function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this JD orientation, students gained insights into how customer success teams directly impact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-term account growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value realization and relationship management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the Customer Success Role: Skills and Expectations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the session, Ms. Anshitha explained the core responsibilities of a Customer Success professional, including onboarding, relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also highlighted the essential skills for customer success roles, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical thinking and solution orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empathy-driven customer engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-backed decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interview Readiness Through Real-World Customer Scenarios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A key highlight of this industry-aligned JD orientation was the discussion on interview expectations and real-world scenarios.
