This achievement showcases impactful scholarship on MSME sustainability and the moderating role of government initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research Contribution and Guidance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. <strong>Rajesh Krishnamurthy Rao (FPM20\u20132020)<\/strong>, a distinguished scholar from ISBR\u2019s FPM 2020 Batch, successfully submitted his doctoral thesis titled: <em>\u201cCritical Success Factors on Sustainability of MSMEs with Moderating Role of Government Initiatives.\u201d<\/em> His research examines how critical success factors and supportive government frameworks influence the growth and resilience of MSMEs\u2014widely considered the backbone of the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>This academic journey was supported by expert mentorship from <strong>Dr. Manish Kothari<\/strong> (President \u2013 ISBR Group of Institutions, Guide) and <strong>Dr. Veena Shenoy<\/strong> (Associate Professor, Co-Guide), along with valuable inputs from RAC Members <strong>Dr. M. R. Jhansi Rani<\/strong> and <strong>Dr. Anand Shankar Raja M.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Milestone in ISBR\u2019s Research Excellence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The doctoral thesis submission of FPM scholar underscores ISBR\u2019s commitment to creating knowledge that bridges academia, policy, and industry.
