This event, reported by Rekha Srijith, was meticulously organised to extend a warm welcome to new students, integrating them into the vibrant ISBR community.<\/p>\n<p>The function started with the lighting of the lamp by dignitaries, following the speech given by the guest Mr. Javaregowda Sub Inspector Traffic Police, and Mr. Pratap Kumar M.S Assistant of Sub Inspector Traffic Police and welcome address by our beloved Principal Dr. Tapan Nayak Sir, Administrative Manager Laxminarayan sir and Facility Manager Captain Rajan Sir. Senior students arranged many activities for the freshers which include cultural events where everyone got chance to showcase their talent. All participants were well dressed and wear ready to perform. Program proceeded with songs, dance performances and a ramp walk that showed lots of excitement and curiosity while participating. Freshers who had been participated for the games were given Prizes. All the seniors, including juniors, enjoyed the celebration. The event was successful due to the active participation by the students with great enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion aimed to capture the spirit of building a new digital India to overcome various challenges and create more opportunities, emphasizing that technology is a platform for increasing opportunities and resolving challenges. The panel was expected to focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technology-based learning<\/li>\n<li>Enhancement of softer skills<\/li>\n<li>Capacity for handling pandemic situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Objectives of the Celebration<\/h3>\n<p>The Fresher&#8217;s Day was designed with several key objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To create an inclusive and joyful environment that fosters friendship among students.<\/li>\n<li>To promote interaction between faculty and students, easing the transition of freshers into college life.<\/li>\n<li>To encourage the creative impulses of new students and boost their confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A Day of Talent, Joy, and Music<\/h3>\n<p>The celebration was a resounding success, filled with continuous cooperation and support from both faculty members and students. The atmosphere was charged with excitement, joy, and pulsating music. A DJ kept the energy high, ensuring that all students were on their toes, dancing to every beat and enjoying themselves to the core.<\/p>\n<p>The event served as a perfect platform for freshers to showcase their diverse talents through various programs like dance, singing, and a ramp walk.
