On Friday, December 12, 2024<\/b>, ISBR College staff and BCA students embarked on an invigorating trekking camp to Shivagange Betta<\/b> in Karnataka. This unique event, reported by RekhaSrijith, aimed to blend adventure with an appreciation for nature and team spirit.<\/p>\n

Objectives of the Trek<\/h3>\n

The trekking camp was designed with several inspiring objectives:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • To build resilience and help participants overcome personal limitations.<\/li>\n
  • To successfully complete the trek to the Shivagange peak.<\/li>\n
  • To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.<\/li>\n
  • To raise awareness about eco-tourism and the preservation of natural landscapes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Journey and Its Achievements<\/h3>\n

    The event was a distinct experience, particularly for the final-year BCA students. It successfully promoted adventure tourism, fostered team spirit, and deepened participants’ connection with nature.<\/p>\n

    Key achievements and experiences during the trek included:<\/p>\n

    • Finding solitude, peace, and mindfulness amidst nature.<\/li>\n
    • Discovering new landscapes, trails, and mountain ranges.<\/li>\n

    • A major goal was also to explore ancient routes, villages, or sacred sites along the way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Shivagange Trekking event was a resounding success. Participants not only achieved the goal of reaching the summit but also experienced the profound beauty and challenges that nature presents.
