{"id":1022,"date":"2015-02-21T18:17:06","date_gmt":"2015-02-21T18:17:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blog\/?p=1022"},"modified":"2015-03-19T13:30:15","modified_gmt":"2015-03-19T13:30:15","slug":"milaap-an-amalgamation-of-fun-and-power","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isbr.in\/blogs\/milaap-an-amalgamation-of-fun-and-power\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cMILAAP\u201d An amalgamation of fun and power."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"MILAP\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-UMpPvtBENEM\/VQrOfqbTe2I\/AAAAAAAABYo\/YdJRZw7iW1Q\/s640\/MILAP.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A platform where people from different cast, creed, culture, nationality, come together as a team to put up an enthralling performance is what we call the \u201cMILAAP\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>On the 20<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 21<sup>st<\/sup> of February, 2015 ISBR witnessed its Annual Sports Meet.<\/p>\n<p>It was a two day event with both indoor and outdoor activities like chess, carom, relay, race, cricket tournaments, volleyball, football &amp; tug of war.<\/p>\n<p>The event began in the early hours of 20<sup>th<\/sup> February with hundred meters race followed by a women\u2019s volleyball tournament. The day was marked by many indelible moments.<\/p>\n<p>The next or the last day was equally remarkable with a nerve wrecking cricket and volleyball match. The continuous support and encouragement from a huge audience yelling on top of their voice and supporting their team mates was like an energy booster for all the players on and off the ground.<\/p>\n<p>In today\u2019s world when we speak about women empowerment ISBR gave the perfect example of this where girls belonging to first &amp; second year PGDM\/MBA not only participated in large number in all the tournaments but also won victory in many of them.<\/p>\n<p>As said by Paul \u201cBear\u201d Bryant- \u201c<em>It\u2019s not the will to win that matters, everyone has that.
